Danika H. Babcock - Broker
Danika joined Ram Harnden in 2006. She brings a broad range of experience to real estate brokerage having spent the past four years working in commercial real estate including property management and real estate development. In addition, she has a background in advertising having been a production manager and producer for a local film production company.
Over the past four years, Danika has also worked with her husband to start Foundation House, a business helping men in recovery from chemical dependency.
Prior to moving to Maine in 2000, Danika lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she spent seven years working in national television production for programs including the Emmy Award winning science program, Newton's Apple, on PBS, and as a writer, producer and director for Decorating Cents and Room for Change on Home and Garden Network (HGTV).
Danika is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation and has completed all four courses required for the designation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
