Roxane A. Cole, CCIM - Principal
Roxane joined Ram Harnden in 1987 and is a co-owner of
the firm. She represents clients in tenant representation,
leasing and the purchase and sale of investment and owner
user properties including office, industrial, medical,
biotech, retail, development projects and land.
Prior to joining Ram Harnden, she was founder and president
of a New England retail store chain. She entered the field
in 1986 as a commercial property manager responsible for
office and retail properties and condominium projects. Roxane
is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), having
completed the curriculum and professional experience requirements
for the prestigious international designation held by only
six percent of commercial real estate professionals nationally.
Roxane is the recipient of the 1999 Commercial Broker
of the Year Award from the Maine Commercial Association
of Realtors and a 2002 recipient of YMCA’s “Women
of Achievement” Award for Greater Portland.
Roxane is Immediate Past President of the Maine Real Estate Development
Association and is a past Chair of the Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce and served as President of the Portland Rotary Club. Roxane is a founding
board member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors and a founding board member of the University of Southern
Maine Foundation.
